Addiction Behavioural Consultants community Interest Company are a collection of professionals with a diverse range of expertise in the substance misuse sector and commerce in treating chemical dependency pre and post abstinence through mindfulness and understanding the essence of the physical spiritual mental obsessions of the mind that can be the result of both child and adult trauma.

ABC have come together and have been working closely with Peter and Irene Foster the owners of Lime tree farm nature reserve near Ripon. ABC have been trialing for 6 years a powerful new alternative approach to treating Addiction post abstinence by allowing time and space for true healing and self actualisation to occur at Lime tree farm nature reserve in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

This time served apprentice at the site by Abc has allowed trust to be forged with both parties and we have been given a fantastic opportunity to work rest and play on the nature reserve through conservation work to build connections of self and experience a true understanding of the power of nature within this work and its healing properties on the addict mind as a vocation to be able to stop this process through peace of mind.

This work holistically over many years with the owners of Lime tree farm and now their new venture of Earth and Sky community Interest Company is extremely rewarding to find like minded individuals.

This collaboration enables Abc to work with Earth and Sky to have a venue with real purpose for the journey of onward recovery.

ABC feel excited to have the constraints lifted on the resources’ we feel necessary for people to recover from chemical dependency and a place to retreat and recover and to give back in the true essence of sharing.

TIME and SPACE retreats are organised by Abc are for people professionals who want abstinence as part of their lives who want to recharge their batteries, to regroup, stand still, reflect, re focus and take stock of essential aspects of their lives through the experience of nature and the elements.

Addiction Behavioural Consultant’s Community Interest Company are a collective of health care professionals and trainers from within the public health care sector who have come together to aid people to access support from Abc to enhance their recovery from drug addiction – chemical dependency and support their ongoing recovery should they choose.

The basic premise is that people accessing Addiction Behavioural Consultant’s Community Interest Company are abstinent and have a desire to stop using drugs and alcohol.

Professionals wanting to attend Retreats and seminars or 1-1 coaching should also be prepared to immerse themselves into the mindset of how difficult this can be for clients suffering from chemical dependency to achieve in long term recovery.

Addiction Behavioural Consultant’s Community Interest Company retreats and seminars – 1-1 coaching offer a deeply restful opportunity for those not wanting to go too far into the wild but far enough to escape to reflect re centre and recover.

Our Programme is a wonderful introduction to nature and the ways of nature and how nature helps naturally with problem solving and solution provision helping to take care of our selves and each other from a primitive perspective of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs through to self actualization.

Through the programme we practice meditation that leads to relaxation and awareness and energy conservation through mindfulness. At the heart of the experience is to have a vow of silence in a stone circle.
